1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this platform (the "Service"), operated by G-1 Communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides access to third-party AI models (including but not limited to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok) through a single platform, on a pay-as-you-go basis. You top up a wallet and usage is deducted from that balance as you use the Service.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
4. Wallet, Payments, and Refunds
Wallet top-ups are processed through third-party payment providers (Razorpay and/or PayPal) and are subject to our Refund Policy. Balances do not expire but are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, to attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing, or to use the Service in a way that violates the terms of the underlying AI providers.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
Content generated through the Service is produced by third-party AI models. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service itself, including its design and branding, is owned by G-1 Communications. Rights to content you submit or generate through the Service are governed by the applicable AI provider's own terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, G-1 Communications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse, at our discretion.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
